Jackson County Sheriff’s deputy brings escaped horse home

JACKSON COUNTY, Mich. (WILX) - A horse named Copper got loose Friday morning and was brought home by a Jackson County deputy.
A wholesome story came from the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office, which posted a photo on Facebook of Deputy Kern bringing home Copper, who they said got loose.
“Deputy Kern made a new friend this morning while on patrol,” the sheriff’s office said. “Copper got loose and was coxed home by Deputy Kern with lots of pets and attention!”
