Michigan State University’s College of Veterinary Medicine is taking animal care on the road with a new mobile surgical clinic designed to serve shelters and animal welfare organizations across the state.
Drivers in Clinton, Eaton and Ingham counties can expect intermittent traffic delays beginning Monday as the Michigan Department of Transportation starts a series of asphalt preservation projects on several state roads.
