Jackson Lumen Christi girls soccer wins first Regional title since 2003

RIVERVIEW, Mich. (WILX) - On Thursday night, Jackson Lumen Christi girls soccer took down Royal Oak Shrine 2-0. The win avenges a 5-0 loss that came earlier in the season. With the win, it clinches Lumen Christi’s first regional title since 2003.

Also in action was Ovid-Elsie girls soccer, who lost 4-2 to Grosse Ile at Williamston High School.

The Titans will next play Auburn Hills Oakland Christian on June 11 at 6 p.m. at Waterford Kettering High School.
