EAST LANSING, Mich. (WILX) - The East Lansing Public Library is excited to announce it’s going on the road this summer.

Librarians will be going around to different parks in the city of East Lansing with an on-the-go mobile pop-up library. Community members can visit the pop-up library at two East Lansing parks every Monday.

You can check out a collection of materials, including books, DVDs, CDs and audiobooks. There are also opportunities to sign up for the Summer Reading program, use free Wi-Fi, and use Google Chromebooks during your visit.

The library says it’s an easy process and all you need to bring is your library card. If you don’t have one, you can sign up for one there.

You can plan your visit to the pop-up library by viewing the summer schedule HERE.
