US, Iran Make Historic Nuclear Agreement

The United States and other Western countries have made an historic nuclear deal with Iran.

Tehran has agreed to curb its nuclear program in exchange for the lifting of crippling economic sanctions. Iran will also allow international monitors to inspect its nuclear facilities.

The deal was negotiated early into this morning, despite stiff opposition from US allies Israel and Saudi Arabia, both of whom say Iran cannot be trusted.
