Police nationwide are issuing an alert days before the kids hit the streets for trick-or-treating this weekend.
They're warning for a new trend that they say parents need to be on the lookout for.
Police say it's possible new street drug tablets like ecstasy might make it in your child's trick-or-treat bucket.
The alert comes after a police department in Mississippi put out a picture which shows shapes of ecstasy, masked to look like candy.
An emergency physician says the picture is alarming, not so much for trick-or-treaters, but for people attending Halloween parties this weekend.
Parents are urged to carefully check your child's candy before they begin eating it.
