Ingham County Announces New E-Cigarette Regulations

By  |

Retailers can get either a Tobacco License or an Electronic Smoking Device License. The county Board of Commissioners approved the changes earlier this week. The CDC says e-cigarette use by middle and high-school students tripled from 2013 to 2014.
