Daylight Saving Time Change Linked To Health Problems

We are springing forward this weekend. Losing an hour of sleep can do a lot more than just make people grumpy, the time change could trigger serious health issues like heart disease and even breast cancer.
Health experts say sleep deprivation can really cause our health to suffer. Sleep experts say when the body doesn't get enough sleep, the immune system suffers. We are more likely to catch viruses like the flu and that's not all.
Dr. Jaspal Singh of Carolinas Healthcare System says: "Sleep deprivation long-term over the course of one's life can really affect their risk of heart disease, stroke risk, diabetes development..."
Science also shows a link between ongoing lack of sleep and an increased risk for breast cancer. Experts say this is a wake up call for Americans to make sleep a bigger priority.
