Tigers Swept By Texas

The Texas Rangers completed a three game sweep of the Detroit Tigers Thursday afternoon, winning 3-1 at Comerica Park. The Tigers have now lost seven straight and are 8-31 in their last 39 games. They are 26-50 on the season with the Washington Nationals visiting Comerica Park for three games beginning Friday night. Joey Gallo hit two home runs for the Rangers. It's the 16th time this season the Tigers have scored one or fewer runs in a game.
