LANSING, Mich. – In conjunction with the Toronto Blue Jays, pitcher Eric Pardinho has been assigned to the Lansing Lugnuts from Rookie-level Gulf Coast League while pitcher Mike Pascoe has been transferred to Short-Season A Vancouver.

Pardinho, 18, was signed to a $1.4 million contract on July 2, 2017, making him the highest paid Brazilian free agent in baseball history. Pardinho will start tonight in Midland, Mich., against the Great Lakes Loons at 7:05 p.m., the first of two road games for the Lugnuts (4-7, 36-44) before they return to host the Loons with back-to-back LAFCU Fireworks nights on the 4th and 5th of July, first pitches at 6:35 p.m. for each night.
