Lansing Ignite names inaugural coach

LANSING, Mich. (WILX) -- Lansing's first professional soccer team has named its first head coach.

Jeremy Sampson, vice president and general manager of the Lansing Ignite announced the coach during a ceremony at The View at Cooley Law School Stadium at 11 a.m. on Wednesday.

The team named Nate Miller as the coach.

The Ignite will begin playing in late March, with at least a dozen home games taking place in Lansing.
