In My View 8/28/2019: Spartan football

(WILX) -- Michigan State's football team is relatively healthy for the opening game against Tulsa on Friday night.

Starting offensive lineman Cole Chewins is out with a back injury-- but he's not the quarterback.

In my view he can be replaced especially in this game.

Last season's 7-6 record was keyed in my view by key injuries.

If those injuries return it's another average season as I see it. If the injuries are just average for any given year I'll guess the final regular season record will be 8-4.
