FOWLER, MI. (WILX) -- Fowler set the tone early at home against Dansville and held on to their momentum through four quarters to come away victorious 42-8.
Caiden Pung had a busy start to the game offensively taking two read options up the middle and to the house to find his name on the score sheet twice. A dominant control of the line of scrimmage for the Eagles on defense helped to keep the offense on the field and tack on more points.
It was every defensive lineman's dream come true when Peyton Platte made a leaping interception at the line of scrimmage and took it all the way to the house to celebrate with the student section.
Fowler stays perfect and moves to 6-0 on the season. They march along in their schedule and play Saranac next week.
Dansville takes it's fourth loss of the season. They look to bounce back against Pewamo-Westphalia.
