BATH, MI (WILX) -- The Bath Bees will be honoring our nation's military Friday night for "Military Appreciation Night."

It's a central Michigan athletic conference tradition. The jerseys were designed by Gameday Custom Apparel in Bath.

Bath Athletic Director Erik Harrelson said the players will wear them proudly.

"They're excited to wear the new uniforms that we have for them just to bring awareness to the sacrifices these men and women have provided for us to be able to enjoy a night of football like tonight," Harrelson said.

The players will be honoring someone close to them that is or was involved in the military. There will be a small ceremony before kickoff as well.
