(WILX) -- News 10 has new information regarding the crash that killed two people including a NFL player in Indianapolis over the weekend.
Police say an undocumented immigrant was allegedly driving drunk and is suspected of causing the crash.
Police say Jeffrey Monroe was driving Indianapolis Colts player, Edwin Jackson early Sunday when they pulled over on the side of interstate 70 because Jackson was feeling sick.
Both men were standing outside the car when a pickup drove on the shoulder and hit them.
The suspect is a 37-year-old man, Manuel Orrego-Savala, who ran off on foot but was later caught by police.
