UPDATE: Suspect who zip-tied kitten has been ID'd

LANSING, MI (WILX) -- The Capital Area Humane Society said a suspect has been identified regarding the case of a kitten who was zip-tied earlier this month.

The four-month-old kitten, Tony, was found with his paws bound and was rushed to the Capital Area Humane Society.

Tony didn't suffer any serious injuries.

Tony remained in the care of the Capital Area Humane Society during Ingham County Animal Control's investigation.

Tony does have a new home now.
