LANSING, Mich. (WILX) - An infant Ibuprofen has been recalled
Company Tris Pharama Inc. released a press release that includes 3 lot numbers of medicine that may contain a higher concentration of the drug that is safe for babies.
The store brands of the drug sold at Walmart, CVS pharmacy, and Family Dollar are all impacted by the recall.
The recall products are labeled to contain 50 mg of Ibuprofen per 1.25 mL. However, the problem is the product may contain a higher concentration than labeled.
So far the recall does not say which states received the product.
