Study: People with dogs are healthier

They are loving and loyal, and now a new study reveals that having a dog also make us healthier.

The study links owning a dog to better heart health.

The Mayo Clinic study looked at the lives of over 1,700 people ages 25 to 64.

Researchers found people with pets, specifically dogs, had healthier diets, blood sugar levels, and were more physically active.
