Researchers from the Baylor College of Medicine say people worried about work, family, money, or anything else take longer to fall asleep and wake up more often.
But there are ways you can get a better night's sleep.
Experts say jotting down your thoughts before bed can help turn your mind off.
There are also several apps that can guide you through meditation and breathing exercises.
Keeping a consistent sleep schedule throughout the week is also helpful.
