MERIDIAN TOWNSHIP, Mich. (WILX) -- There's a deal being offered Friday for local pet owners.
Ingham County Animal Control is offering reduced vaccinations for dogs and cats.
The clinic runs from noon to 4 p.m. at the pavilion at Central Park in Meridian Township.
For Ingham County residents, the rabies vaccines are given at no charge. Additional services including distemper vaccines and microchips are available for $10. Dog licenses are also available to be purchased while at the clinic.
Vaccinations are also available to non-county residents for $15. For households interested in getting their pets spayed or neutered, low-cost vouchers will be available for purchase at the vaccination clinics, the Ingham County Animal Control Outreach Center (826 W Saginaw, Lansing), and the Ingham County Animal Control Shelter (600 Curtis St, Mason).
For those households driving to the clinic, parking is may be limited, please be aware to park in non-reserved areas. If you are unable to attend this event, the next monthly clinic will be October 5th at the Outreach Center in Lansing.
