LANSING, Mich. (WILX) - Michigan State Police confirmed on Monday that skeletal remains found in West Michigan have been positively identified as a missing local man.
Police say the body of Jerome Ezell were found last week near I-94 in Lawrence, which is west of Kalamazoo.
Ezell disappeared from Lansing in November 2017.
You may recall News 10 reported that his car was found abandoned in the Groesbeck Neighborhood with his infant son still strapped in a car seat.
No word yet on how Ezell ended up in the woods or how he died.
