RECALL: General Mills is pulling some all-purpose flour off of store shelves

LANSING, MI (WILX) -- Check your cabinets, especially those of you who love to bake.

General Mills is pulling some of its all-purpose flour off store shelves due to e-coli concerns.

The voluntary recall involves 5 pound bags of its "Gold Medal Unbleached All Purpose Flour."

The recall only focuses on the flour with a use by date of Sept. 6, 2020.

So far there aren't any confirmed illnesses connected to the recall.

General Mills said anyone with this flour should throw it out.
