Poor sleep may be early sign of Alzheimer's

A new study suggests poor sleep may be an early sign of Alzheimer's disease.
Researchers at Washington University in St. Louis found older adults who got less deep sleep had more of the brain proteins linked to Alzheimer's.
In fact, the total amount of sleep did not play a factor in cognitive decline, only the quality of that sleep.
