Buckle-up, or get a ticket. That's the message from the Michigan Office of Highway Safety Planning.
Starting Monday police across the state will be stepping up patrols to catch people who aren't wearing a seatbelt.
The increased patrols will last until June.
Police say the goal is to get more people to buckle-up to help save lives.
