Police in suburban St. Paul, Minnesota say a man has died after being shot in his car Wednesday night by police.

In what's believed to have been a Facebook livestream of the incident, the man's girlfriend says the officer in Falcon Heights asked for her boyfriend's license and registration.

She says after her boyfriend told the officer he had a pistol he was licensed to carry and put his hands up, the officer said, "Don't move," and shot him in the arm several times.

A child was also in the car.
