Pink house leads to lawsuit

One Texas resident is causing quite a stir in his neighborhood after he decided to paint his entire home pink.

Emilio Rodriguez created the pink house of his dreams, saying the bright color was partly aimed at maintaining the 'Keep Austin Weird' vibe and partly because it's his favorite color.

Rodriguez doesn't understand why his neighbors hate it so much.

The homeowners association in the area going as far as filing a lawsuit, saying the bright pink is an eyesore.

Rodriguez has plans to also paint his fence to match the house.
