MASON, Mich. (WILX) -- "I woke up this morning and we didn't have any power," said one Mason resident.
The family tells us that they don't even have running water.
"When we lose power out here, there is no running water either. So no bathroom use, no drinking," said Mason resident.
The family said they called Consumers Energy for answers.
"They basically were very rude and gave me the runaround all day.."
Consumers Energy tells New Ten that they are out and working to get the power back up.
But the family feels like they are always forgotten.
"This community always suffers, were always last to get power restored."
Consumers Energy tells us that more than 120,000 people are left without power on Saturday.
They have brought in over 100 extra employees from out of state to help bring the power back.
Cooling locations are available across Michigan to help with the heat.
Consumers Energy plans to have the power restored to all of their customers by the end of the day on Tuesday.
