Nuts for weight loss

It's a weight control conundrum.. nuts have plenty of fat and calories, but eating them may actually help keep off extra pounds!
A Harvard study found eating a handful of nuts every day was associated with less weight gain over a four-year period.
The key was substituting nuts for less healthy snacks like french fries, chips or desserts.
About an ounce of nuts, or 2 tablespoons of a nut butter, qualifies as a daily serving.
The study received funding from the National Institutes of Health and the California Walnut Commission.
