Napping could be good for your health!
An occasional daytime siesta could be good for your health!
Researchers in Switzerland looked at the sleeping patterns of over 3-thousand adults.
They found people who napped once or twice a week cut their risk of a heart attack or stroke by nearly half compared to non-nappers.
That was regardless of other risk factors like high blood pressure or cholesterol, or how much they slept at night.
However, there were no cardiovascular benefits linked to more frequent, or longer naps.
The study was led by researchers at University Hospital of Lausanne and published in 'Heart.'
