Patrick Daley was in court on Thursday where a judge determined there was probable cause for a trial.
Four students testified against Daley about alleged sexual abuse that happened to them at Washington Woods Elementary School in Holt.
They all said they were touched on their buttocks by Daley, one also claimed he was touched on his penis.
Another boy said that Daley would often touch his inner thigh.
The courtroom was closed to the public, the media, and even family members.
There was a support dog for the boys, all who were under the age of 13 when the alleged abuse happened.
That now brings the total of boys who have taken to the stand to 8.
Daley is facing 25 charges of second-degree criminal sexual conduct.
Besides Thursday's ten charges, there were 12 others that will also head to Circuit Court.
Ingham County District Court Judge Thomas Boyd said that the abuse to these boys was routine and spanned almost two years.
Ingham County Assistant Prosecuting Attorney said, "He touched four children, and one of those children he touched on the penis. There is no other reason to touch a young man on the penis than for sexual purposes."
Daley was placed on leave from Holt schools in 2017.
He'll appear in Circuit Court on June 11.
