Man buys cookies for scouts to give

250 boxes of girl scout cookies could easily cover you for a year, but when a Utah man dropped a grand on the popular cookies, and he had no intention of stocking his own pantry.

On a cold and snowy Friday night, Daryl Smith walked up to the scouts' booth and bought $1,000 worth of cookies, that's 250 boxes.

Instead of keeping them for himself, he asked the girls to give them all away.

An unforgettable moment for the girls as they handed out hundreds of boxes over two days, and for the man who bough them all, seeing the girls smile was priceless.

He said it was all about paying it forward.
