MSHDA awarded low income housing credit to Lansing developments

LANSING, MI (WILX) -- The Michigan State Housing Development Authority (MSHDA) recently awarded a low income housing tax credit for nearly a half million dollars to two Lansing-area developments.

The first development is the Walnut Street/Ferris Manor project which received $272,000 in credits.

This project will consist of the rehabilitation of 32 units of affordable housing.

The second project is the Willow Vista Apartments, which received more than $135,000 credits.

This project will consist of the rehabilitation of 19 units of affordable rental housing.
