BATON ROUGE, La. (WILX) -- Louisiana State University has suspended a fraternity for possible violations of university policies before and after the death of a student in an alleged hazing incident.
The university says the Alpha Gamma Rho frat may have engaged in activities last August that violated university policies.
Four fraternities have been suspended or closed at LSU since the September death of Max Gruver.
An autopsy report revealed Gruver's blood alcohol level was 0.459, which is more than six times the legal limit at the time of his death.
Ten people are now facing charges in his death.
