Lansing cooling centers open on Monday

Due to expected high temperatures Lansing had activated their "It's a Cool Thing To Do" program.

Through this program, local organizations and businesses become cooling centers for people who do not have a place to go to cool off in the high heat.

Free rides to cooling centers are offered to people with physical and financial need through CATA, Clinton Area Transit, and EATRAN during normal operating hours. To find out if you qualify call 211.
