LANSING, Mich. (WILX) -- The Lansing man who got in trouble with the law for having a large number of chickens and other animals on his city property in September will be heading to court.
We first learned about Clarence Walker when he had nearly 100 animals seized from his home.
There were 82 chickens, four ducks, five dogs and a turkey.
The five dogs were eventually returned to Walker but the poultry was taken by the state.
He's now facing a misdemeanor charge of livestock or poultry in a non-agricultural area.
He's expected in court on Jan. 28.
