Eastern Michigan University, located in Ypsilanti, Michigan - has been ordered by a judge to reinstate programs it cut last year.
The school must reinstate women's tennis and softball programs according to a ruling.
Eastern had dropped softball, women's tennis, wrestling, and men's swimming and diving because of budget cuts.
However, two female athletes sued the university over this and a judge ordered the teams to be reinstated under the Title IX federal law.
The order says the university violated Title IX and the programs must be reinstated by the fall of 2019.
