In My View 7/15/2019: Detroit Red Wings

(WILX) -- It's been a couple of months since Steve Yzerman took over as Detroit Red Wings' general manager and gradually he is making big personnel changes-- mostly off the ice.

Ken Holland is gone and so now is the team's entire amateur scouting staff, the new one to be headed by his former teammate Kris Draper.

Yzerman seems to have a sense of urgency for the Red Wings and if nothing else at least it tells their fans that it is time to change the culture and change to mood for winning now.
