(WILX) -- I don't understand the NCAA transfer rules.
It's always been transfer to another school and sit out a year which discourages the wholesale act of moving from college to college.
But Michigan got quarterback Shea Patterson from Ole Miss and Ohio State just got Justin Fields from Georgia and neither has to sit out a year because of appeals for various issues.
So the Big Ten's big two get a tremendous break with quarterbacks who did not suffer from the one year sit out transfer rule by figuring a way to get around the current policy.
In my view it's an issue that needs to be examined fully.
