Deer hunter shot and killed in Bath Township

The Bath Township Police are reporting that a deer hunter was killed in Bath Township.
The police, along with the Michigan Department of Natural Resources are investigating the shooting.
It happened at about 10 PM Friday, Nov. 16 in Clinton County on state land near the 8500 block of E. Clark Rd, approximately 3 miles east of downtown Bath.
A Lansing man, 67-years-old, was found dead at the scene.
Early investigations show he was apparently shot by another person. The victim was on public property and wearing hunter's orange.
At this time, there are no suspects but people are being interviewed by police.
On Thursday, another man in northern Michigan was shot and killed while hunting.
