NBC, (WILX) - Tropical Storm Humberto is moving away the Bahamas right now after hitting the same areas devastated by Hurricane Dorian.

Thousands of victims of Hurricane Dorian crowded into shelters as a tropical cyclone carrying heavy rain and strong winds threaten the already devastated Bahamas.

According to the Bahamian government, 1,300 people remain missing.

Forecasters predict Tropical Storm Humberto will likely become a hurricane before the end of the weekend.

Recovery is stalled during the storm.

There is still no power, food or water.

Humberto is not expected to make landfall in Florida but may pose a threat to Bermuda.
