Heart attacks on the rise among young adults

By  |

A new Harvard study shows heart attacks are on the rise among young adults.
In fact, heart attack rates for people under 40 have climbed 2-percent every year for the past 10 years.
And these young patients have the same risk of dying from another heart attack or stroke as those in their 40's and 50's.
Researchers say substance abuse may be partly to blame for this troubling trend.
