Sam's Club is teaming up with health care providers to offer discounts to members on everyday care they might otherwise put off because of cost.

Starting next month, members in Michigan, Pennsylvania and North Carolina will be able to buy a package of services, including dental, vision, and generic prescriptions.

They range in annual fees from $50 for individuals to $240 for families.

The program could eventually be rolled out nationwide.

Sam's Club says the program is designed to supplement insurance and reduce out-of-pocket costs.
