A growing number of social security imposter calls

An important scam warning is being sent out this Monday.

It involves social security imposters.

According to the federal trade commission there is a growing number of them.

A few things to remember:

Don't trust the caller I-d on your phone, even if it reads "Social Security Administration."

And never give the caller your social security number or any other personal information.

A good rule of thumb is to always remember that the Social Security Administration will never contact you at random.
