Forks & Corks returns for third year

LANSING, Mich. (WILX) - Wine and food are deliciously paired at Lansing's Forks & Corks event.

The third annual event is happening on March 26.

The event, presented by Lexus of Lansing, showcases wine from around the world and culinary goodies from top restaurants in the Lansing area.

Attendees will enjoy the food and wine along the suite levels of Cooley Law School Stadium, home of the Lansing Lugnuts.

There will also be live music to accompany the tasting.

Restaurants participating in the event are:
Bridge Street Social, Fudge & Frosting, Bowdie’s Chophouse, The State Room, Red Haven, Tavern 109, Bar Mitena, Bordeaux at Crowne Plaza, Cleats Bar & Grille, The Crafted Bean and Lansing Lugnuts, with more restaurants to be announced soon.

Tickets go on sale on Friday, February 8, with a limited number of VIP tickets available.

A VIP ticket gets you an exclusive session with 'Advanced Sommelier Justin King,' proprietor of Bridge Street Social
and Bar Mitena.

And, during the session, King will educate VIP ticket holders and lead the group in a blind tasting competition.
