DETROIT (WILX) -- A Canadian man will learn his fate today after being charged for running an international drug operation that flooded the Detroit area with one million ecstasy pills.
Harpinder Sian will be sentenced in federal court this morning.
He was convicted after the feds say one million ecstasy pills made it into the US under the direction of Sian.
Federal investigators had to cross the border into Canada to catch him.
Prosecutors are asking for a judge to lock Sian up for at least 20 years but he could get up to 40 years at today's sentencing.
