EAST LANSING, MI (WILX) -- Another Mid-Michigan resident had the chance to be a contestant on the quiz show Jeopardy! Wednesday night.

We saw Rachel Burns, a software analyst from East Lansing, compete on the March 25th episode.

It looked like she'd been playing a solid game until it came down to the Final Jeopardy! question.

The question was "signed into law in March 1941, House Resolution 1776 was this act that provided aid to a foe from 1776."

The answer was the Lend-Lease Act.

Burns was one of two contestants to get the question correct, bringing her $6,800 to $13,600.

That wasn't enough to save her though, with the second contestant pulling in more money.

Burns says she's happy to have had the opportunity to be on the show.

"Like even if you don't win, it's such an amazing experience. It's really really fun and it's that bucket list thing that you have to check off."

Even though Burns wasn't able to pull out a win, she did still walk away with $2,000 and major bragging rights.
