EAST LANSING, MI (WILX) -- An investigation by the Michigan State Police Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force resulted in the arrest of a man from East Lansing.
Pedro Guevara-Garcia, 18, was arrested and arraigned on Thursday, Sept. 12.
Guevara-Garcia was charged with two counts of child sexually abusive activity aggravated, four counts of using a computer to commit a crime and two counts of possession of child sexually abusive material aggravated.
Guevara-Garcia was observed sharing child sexually abusive material on the internet.
Police located Guevara-Garcia's home in East Lansing and confiscated multiple internet capable devices that could possibly have more abusive material on it.
Guevara-Garcia faces up to 25 years in prison for child sexually abusive activity.
