New details of driver involved in deadly buggy crash in Eaton Co.
New information has been released regarding the Amish buggy crash in Eaton County last week that killed three
Eaton County Sheriff Tom Reich said the driver of the car that hit the buggy is an 83-year-old Eaton County resident. The driver's name has not been released.
The sheriff said Tuesday the investigation was ongoing, and is now being reviewed by the prosecutor's office for possible charges.
Four siblings were on their way home from an Amish school when their buggy was hit from behind. They ranged in age from six to 13 years old.
Three of them were killed. The 6-year-old survived.
