DELHI TOWNSHIP, MI (WILX) -- The Delhi Township Fire Department will host its annual Fire Prevention Open House on Thursday, according to a press release.
It says the event will include tours of the fire department, a vehicle extraction, live fire and fire extinguisher demonstrations and more.
The open house will also be a chance for residents to get a free reflective address sign that will make it easier for first responders to find a home in a timely manner when responding to incident calls, according to the release.
It said recruiters will also be available to sign up residents who are interested in joining the Delhi Township Fire Department as a first responder.
The open house is scheduled to take place from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Delhi Township Fire Department in Holt.
