Dean Transportation hosts hiring event for potential bus drivers

Dean Transportation will be hosting a hiring event from 2 to 7 p.m. on Monday, Sept. 23.

The event is at 4812 Aurelius Rd in Lansing.

Dean Transportation is searching for qualified, dependable drivers who care about kids.

Interviews and job offers will be made to qualified candidates for open routes with Ingham Intermediate School District and Lansing School District.

According to Dean Transportation, they offer competitive starting wage and a benefits package that includes health insurance, 401K and paid time off.

And if you wanted to apply but don't have a commercial drivers license don't fret, Dean Transportation offers paid training to obtain a Commercial Driver's License.
